Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days before check-in
50 percent refund if cancelled 31 to 60 days before check-in
No refund for cancellations made 30 days or fewer before check-in
If you book through a third-party site, please refer to their cancellation terms as they may differ.

Not exceed the maximum guest capacity
Not host parties or allow unauthorized visitors
Report any damages immediately
Refrain from smoking indoors
